 Merly and I may have only known each other for a short time, but the connection felt immediate—thanks to my very best friend, Audrey Lim, who first brought us together. From the moment we properly met, it was clear that Merly carries a personality that’s hard to miss. She’s effortlessly warm, incredibly friendly, and the kind of person who makes you feel at ease within minutes. Her humor comes naturally, her energy is light, and there’s a generosity in her spirit that quietly stands out.

I reached out to her with the idea of doing a photoshoot together, not knowing exactly what to expect—but she said yes, and that simple yes turned into something truly memorable. The day of the shoot was filled with laughter, spontaneity, and an easy rhythm that made everything flow. Merly approached it all with such ease, completely in her element, and once we started, we simply couldn’t stop shooting. What began as a plan became an experience—one of those moments where creativity, chemistry, and genuine joy come together effortlessly.
