Travel: From Kuching to KK
So… this was my very first time visiting Sabah , and honestly, my feelings were a bit mixed at the beginning. I was excited… but also not that excited 😂 Why? Because the flight felt kinda long compared to flying from Kuching to Kuala Lumpur . And to be real—I’m a bit scared of flying high 😠hahaha. Not the best combo when you’re about to cross the sea. But let’s be honest… what choice do we have? It’s either a flight or… driving 10+ hours just to reach Kota Kinabalu . Yeah… I’m out on that one 😂 So flight it is. Since it was our first time in KK, me and my friend decided to book a driver instead of renting a car straight away. Honestly, best decision. We just wanted to observe first—like how the traffic works, what are the do’s and don’ts, how locals drive, and just get familiar with the place.
